Who is required to file Form 3CEAB?

In case there are more than one constituent entities of an international group required to file the information and document in Form 3CEAA, then such Form may be furnished by any one constituent entity, if:

• The international group has designated such an entity for this purpose; and

• The information has been conveyed by such designated entity in Form No. 3CEAB.

What is the due date to file Form 3CEAB?

Form No. 3CEAB shall be furnished 30 days before the due date of furnishing Form No. 3CEAA.

How to file Form 3CEAA?

Form 3CEAB shall be furnished by a designated constituent entity through the e-filing portal.
