What is Form 15CC?

Every authorized dealer making remittance to a non-resident, not being a company or to a foreign company, is required to make a quarterly disclosure of such remittance in Form 15CC.

What are the modes of submission of form 15CC?

Form 15CC can be submitted through online mode only.

Who is an authorised dealer?

Authorised dealer' means a person authorised as an authorised dealer under section 10 of the Foreign Exchange Management Act, 1999.

What is the due date to file Form 15CC?

Form 15CC shall be furnished within 15 days from the end of the quarter.

How to file Form 15CC?

Form 15CC shall be filed electronically under digital signature through the e-filing portal.

What are the consequences of not filing Form 15CC?

AO may impose penalty of Rs. 100,000 under Section 271-I If a person fails to information in Form 15CC or furnish inaccurate information.
